The Homoepathic medicine should be taken into a “clean mouth.” Take Fresh water into the mouth before taking a dose. Food, drink, tobacco, toothpaste, and other substances should not be put into the mouth for at least 15 minutes before or after the dose. Sublingual administration is generally best i.e. to place the medicine underneath the tongue. Avoid strong herbal substances dose like coffee, camphorated products, herbal tea, menthol, cough syrups, and mouthwash.
